    To all Maplers!

The introduction of HP challenges to eliminate HP washing in Maple Legends is an exciting concept that has the potential to revitalize the game. However, the current challenges are somewhat monotonous and fail to capture the spirit of the maple world. To address this issue, I propose a set of quest-oriented challenges that will inspire players to explore new areas and engage with the game in a more meaningful way.

    Smaller Completion Reward Challenges:

    1. Complete 'x' jumping quest in 'x' minutes
    2. Kill all mini bosses in Victoria Island
    3. Kill all mini bosses in Ludus Lake...and so on

    Larger Completion Reward Challenges:

    1. Complete all jumping puzzle quests in the game.
    2. Complete all quests in Victoria Island.
    3. Complete all quests in Ludus Lake.
    4. Complete all quests in Elnath Mts.... and so on
    5. Successfully use a Chaos scroll on an item and receive +5 on any bonus stat.
    6. Use a White Scroll on an item and successfully prevent your item from blowing up.
    Largest Completion Reward Challenge:
    1. Kill all bosses in Maple Legends.

To track progress, a list of all quests and a progress bar should be included. These challenges will not only incentivize players to complete quests they may have overlooked before but also provide a fun and engaging way to spend time with friends. I suggest avoiding challenges that require the killing of large numbers of monsters, as this can be repetitive and unfulfilling. Instead, challenges should be designed with a longer completion time, similar to the T10 Monster Book Ring, to create a sense of achievement and satisfaction for players.

Please share your valuable feedback and critique so that we can bring this proposal to the attention of the Maple Legends development team and continue to improve the game!

I'm sorry to be critical but...

I believe the point of hp challenge was to have content be accessible to new players not gatekeep it behind 5billion mesos it would take to pass +5chaos and use white on a 100% just to complete the challenge.

Also how does any of this encourage "spending time with friends" it just sounds tedious. Killing mobs with a friend cuts time in half or even more if you do it with more people.

T10 doesnt require you to collect every card in the game, and hp challenge shouldnt require doing all quests, because that's it's own achievement.

Right, ok so there's a lot to unpack here, so I'll go over your proposed suggestions one by one.

    Smaller Completion Reward Challenges:

    1. Complete 'x' jumping quest in 'x' minutes
This sounds somewhat okay. However, when we look at how simply completing Zak JQ is already too much for some people, I feel like this might result in a HEAP of complaints and frustration.
    2. Kill all mini bosses in Victoria Island
This would presumably result in making area bosses even harder to find. I personally would prefer not having area bosses (which are great meso and decent exp (in their respective quests) for newer / lower leveled players.
    3. Kill all mini bosses in Ludus Lake...and so on
      Same as #2.

    Larger Completion Reward Challenges:

    1. Complete all jumping puzzle quests in the game.
      I think this one's alright.
    2. Complete all quests in Victoria Island.
As mentioned above, I don't think it would be fitting to link HP Challenge Progress to questing.
    3. Complete all quests in Ludus Lake.
      See #2
    4. Complete all quests in Elnath Mts.... and so on
      See #2
    5. Successfully use a Chaos scroll on an item and receive +5 on any bonus stat.
Statistically speaking, this would require a decent number number of chaos scrolls, unless you use them on an item with a higher quantity of stats, which would mean CSing a BWG or a cape for weapon attack is less than ideal. It just feels like a tremendous waste of meso imho.
    6. Use a White Scroll on an item and successfully prevent your item from blowing up.
Seeing how this is statistically much more feasible than #5 and actually allows people to hypothetically work towards their endgame equipment, I don't think this one's too bad.
    Largest Completion Reward Challenge:
    1. Kill all bosses in Maple Legends.
I hope I'm not the only one that notices the irony in requiring someone to kill all bosses in the game to get enough HP to kill all bosses in the game.

Don't get me wrong. Suggestions are always great and I commend you for coming forward with these suggestions. I just personally don't feel like they would be in anyone's best interest.

Killing mobs with friends can be done in one day and there's no satisfaction as I described above. You may as well just give people 2k HP for free at that point. The challenges should take a while to complete via quests. I don't see any issue with tying quests directly to the HP challenges since questing is pretty much dead after you pass a certain level and it would give more incentive to play all aspects of the game. Even a questing ring would be great and would solve the same issue of HP washing.

The HP rewards could be front loaded in all of the questing/jumping puzzles. The endgame HP rewards for killing all bosses + passing chaos scrolls are just a quality of life feature and give end game players something to work towards.

Sorry to disagree about your questing point, but I believe tying questing directly to the challenges would be a huge positive since it would incentivize players to do content they've never done before instead of grinding in a map with a bishop for 3 hours.

I think we need a better quest incentive in the game, but I like the idea of a Quest ring more than a quest that requires you to do quests y'know? Also requiring all quests is a little extreme. Especially considering some quests lock when you reach a certain level, some are tied to PQ's etc. Jump quest stuff would be awesome. Even the timed one, I think ppl just need to git gud or choose another challenge.
