Hp scroll modification

    Hello, is it possible to change the hp scroll to have a hp+ that is practical to boss fights? For example, a helm and overall that had be scrolled with 10 hp scrolls respectively. The amount of hp should be equivalent to a hp wash character. That way it give people option to choose to hp scroll or hp wash. And it also helps balance out the dpm difference. If, the hp scroll is good enough to attract them to equip, they would have take some dps lost.
