HP washing not working

I started washing pretty late (level 70), but now that I have enough total int, I'm going have started the washing process.

When I got to level 86, I used levelup AP on HP. The next step is to use an AP reset to reduce mana, then add dex.

For some reason, when I use my AP reset, I was not given the option to reduce either my HP or MP :S. Initially, I thought I have reached my min maximum mana, because the calculation is 14 x level + 148. Source

At level 86, my min max mana is 1352, but my current mana without items is 1483. Why is my AP reset not working?

 

I did add a point into HP. Thats why I have 4 points left on my stat

 

I saw this reply a bit too late, but I did off all my equips and tried using the AP reset again. This didnt work.

As a result, I ended up adding another AP into HP. From this, the ap reset now works as usual and I was able to reduce mana to add dex.

The only plausible explain from this is that when I leveled up, I misclicked and added the AP in the wrong stat, which is why the AP reset didnt allow me to reduce MP or HP.

 

Where did you get that formula from? :S
