    Hey guys, hows life?
    Things are weird for me right now.
    Earlier today I was listen to 'Feel good Inc.' and I SWEAR I heard meows in the song during one of the parts.
    It was very faint but I swear to god I heard them.
    Can anyone please confirm?
    You kind of have to listen into the 4th dimension to hear it though.

    Yeah it's the sound of Noodle's wails from being abused by Murdoc back masked into the song.

    On the serious note, its an effect added in for ambience by some stringed instrument I forgot what its called, or could be synth.
