Unfixable I restarted the quest, and the skill books

    Description of the bug: [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]
    What is supposed to happen?:
    I can not enter places, which require prequest, because I do not have any quest done and I do not have skill book,ACCOUNT RESET...

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    I was in the dungeon killing the jr.balrog, to finish a QUEST, and they gave me DC, when between again it was all restarted
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug :
    trip to the dungeon to complete a QUEST for a skill book, everything was fine, kill jr.balrog and gave me KEY TO THE FORGOTTEN SHRINE, when I entered the hidden-street of jr.balrog, I was disconnected from the game, when I entered another once the game, everything was restarted

    Please help me f4, I can not do CWKPQ, I can not do practically anything f4. and I like to play every day,i cant ZAKUM , i cant papulatus ,I CANT RUN f4444 HELP ME PLS
