Implement a rankings board for jump quests in-game (and boss expeditions/party quests possibly))

So you have a custom "View the leaderboard" option on every NPC that takes you into a JQ/Boss/PQ and it displays the top X amount of runs, ranked according to time. For bosses
and PQs it shows the name of every person that entered the expedition. For JQs, I believe there was also a way to see your own personal best time.

This was a super cool feature. After hosting a JQ competition I'm certain that a lot of people in this server would love having this implemented.
