Introduction of Zipangu Castle?

    As we currently cannot get to Zipangu Castle on this server, (if there is a way I'm not aware of it) we are missing out on some valuable mobs and scrolls - namely 60% Shield Weapon Attack. I just wanted to start this thread as a suggestion for implicating these maps into the server, or maybe just adding 60% shield weapon attack as a possible drop from a mob.

    I'm not sure if these maps were around in v62, but they are shown on bbb.hiddenstreet so I'm assuming it was. I'm sure there are also many other important drops from Zipangu Castle mobs other than 60% Shield Weapon Attack, and it could also be a viable place to train low level.
