Items and mesos missing after server shut down today

    Sorry I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, I'm new to both this game and this forum.

    Earlier today, around 8:20PM PST, the game went down. I just tried to login for the first time since then and noticed 2 items missing that I had purchased around 10 minutes prior. They were an 8atk yellow marker for 3mil and an upgraded Korean fan for 600k. Not only am I now missing the items, but I am also missing the mesos spent on those items.

    I know this may not be a lot of mesos for most but I just started playing (only lvl 34) and these were the first "big" purchases that I've made. I literally only have 65k mesos left. This is very disheartening as I've spent weeks trying to even make the amount I had.

    If I can please get help or get directed towards the right direction. Thanks all!
