Duplicate Report Items have wrong pic file attached to them.

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):

    I should be able to pick-up these mesos, but instead it tells me I cannot pick up any more items. I checked my inventory and I was, indeed, full in my ETC inventory. This makes me conclude that whatever this items is, it's not mesos...which means an item out there has the wrong picture attached to it.
    What is supposed to happen?: I should be able to pick-up the mesos OR this item should have the correct picture show up.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): There are times when items drop and there is no Monster Card, but when I pick up the items - BOOM! I get a Monster Card. Might this be the same bug?
