    Checked Goblin Forest 1 and 2 ALL CHANNELS right after restart, King Sage Cat isn't on any of the maps.

    The spawn is only in Goblin Forest 2 and it's approximately a 3 hour respawn time.

    Its a hidden map, in goblin 1 you will see a statue on the top resembling the sage cat.

    Press up and tada.
