    Afaik the server is located in new york (quite sure america if new york isnt correct). I know some other people who played from Israel without too many issues but I assume that is what causing it for you. I hope you are still able to enjoy legends :/... otherwise I advice you to wait for the server swap which would happen relatively soon I think. That could make it better aswell.
