Windows 8/8.1/10 Lagging/DCing

    When I try to play lately I'll log in and anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes I'll begin to lag. All mobs will freeze and my mp won't deplete, can't speak etc. The weird thing is that my guild and buddy chat will continue to pop up like normal, but I'm not able to respond or anything. I have a strong internet connection, battery on my lap top is good, and I've tried resetting my computer, disabling/enabling my adapter and just about anything else I can think of.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm basically unable to play the game as of right now....
