    Hi,

    The following changes were made to the Halloween Raffle NPC

    - Fixed a bug that caused Chaos Scrolls obtained from raffle to be untradable

    All the Chaos Scrolls obtained from this event so far will be replaced with the tradable version next restart, so do not throw them away.

    The bug fix is now applied immediately, so future obtained Chaos Scrolls will be tradable right away.
