Closed "Looking for necklace 2" quest doesn't work and can't post screenshots on forums

Description of the bug: I already have the item to finish the quest but it doesn't finishes the quest therefor I can't continue through it. I would post screenshots to prove it but the site doesn't let me. It gives me
"The following error occurred
There was a problem uploading your file."
massage and I can't upload anything.
What is supposed to happen?: The quest should finish.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I finished this quest with my first character around two years ago. It's part of the Jay Chou's secret Lover quest line. But with this character the quest is not working. Once I get the necklace after defeating snack bar the quest is not finishing.
