Low priority suggestion for sure. I was scouring the web trying to find the icons in isolation to make a mock up image, but I'm sure everyone's seen them and can imagine how it would look.
Essentially the idea would be to place the Attack Up, Armor Up, Magic Up, Magic Defense Up icons next to the boss icon under the HP Bar for better visibility. As it stands currently it's a bit hard to tell for certain bosses (i.e Dunas 1, Nameless) what buff they've got because the constant stream of damage numbers flowing out of them mostly or completely obscures them. I don't think adding Damage Reflect should be included though due to that maybe removing some of the "skill" that comes with recognizing boss animations, but for the buffs that aren't going to result in death - just the ones that are inconveniences. I personally think it would be beneficial, even if there's a delay between the icon appearing over their head and the icon appearing in the HP Bar.
Also from a selfish paladin standpoint, maybe this could extend to Weapon and Magic Cancels to allow Threaten to be used (lol) without also obscuring those effects, because for some reason the little orange circles cause WC/MC to flicker on and off for as long as one or both the effects are in duration.

I'd rather we simply take the buff icon location, and lower it a few pixels to not cover the damage lines. We already have to keep an eye on our character/the enemy (typically center screen), buffs (top right), and our hp/mp (bottom left). I don't want a reason to have to look at the top left too.

As far as threaten/blind/hamstring type effects are concerned, I'd additionally rather they just don't ever take visual priority over dr and possibly even wc/mc effects. They don't present much in the way of useful info to the player, especially when 2 of the 3 are passively applied just by attacking.

If both are doable without much effort, why not both? :D
