so i FINALLY figured out how to play maple in fullscreen but its very nnoying changing the settings... think about it im in the game and i do the settings and it wont change till i restart the game so i have to restart it and waste 2 mins of my life reloding and getting out of any pq. also the settings dont work from time to time... i put it on windowed its stuck on fullscreen for like 10 mins..... id suggest being able to do it in the settings folder and be able to use that like windows can (and make sure we dont have to restart the game) it really is kinda annoying so plz change it

So unfortunately this is something related to Wine, and not something I can do. I believe it is possible to full screen automatically if it is run in VMWare, but you would have to ask something with more experience using it since I don't use VMWare, Wine, or Mac.
