    Description of the bug:
When a mapowner is afk for more than 5 minutes, the actual lock on map ownership gets released (map is able to be claimed by someone else). However, the output from the @mapowner command still shows the old owner, and has a new timer that counts down from 1hr.

If you, as non-mapowner, kill anything on the map when the 1-hr timer is displayed, you become the new mapowner.

Not pictured: I could kill now and immediately acquire ownership of the map.

    What is supposed to happen?:
After 5 minutes of afk (boss maps not in scope for this), the map owner should be released (this happens) and the @mapowner command should indicate that the map isn't owned by anybody (this doesn't).

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Monkey Forest II. It has also been nosted

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    1. Own a map
    2. AFK for 4min 55sec
    3. Check @mapowner to observe the dwindling seconds of your precious ownership
    4. Check @mapowner 10 seconds later to observe that you're still noted as the owner with a new 1-hr timer
    5. Kill a monster with a different character during this 1-hr timer
    6. Check @mapowner to observe appropriate ownership change.

    Extra information (optional): N/A
