Messenger / Megassenger placement

    Hello!

    I just had a suggestion regarding the TV messengers -- the ones that show up in the top right corner with their message and user. These are always covered up by buffs and difficult to read :(. Suggest two possible resolutions:

    1. Move the messenger down so that it is below the buffs
    2. Change the layering so that the messenger is on top of the buffs. In this resolution I would also suggest that the messenger be on top of the 'Quest Helper' window, which is usually over there too in my setup.
