   The formula for min mp for a thief is 14 x Level +148.
   I am level 109 so this formula: 14 x 109 + 148 =1674
   
   I have 1692 total mp without gear (completely naked) but I cannot Hp wash still. Why is this if it only cost 12 mp to hp wash?
   
   Note:
   With an AP-reset, I am putting 1 point into Hp and subtracting 1 point from mp (-12mp per AP-reset).

   If you do not currently have a point added to hp/mp that's sitting there, you cannot take out a point from mp, regardless of whether or not you are above the min mp threshold.

   right now put one point into hp. and leave it.
   
   then minus from mp until you are all done, then minus that 1 earlier point you put.
