Min Mp for Thief

    The formula for min mp for a thief is 14 x Level +148.
    I am level 109 so this formula: 14 x 109 + 148 =1674

    I have 1692 total mp without gear (completely naked) but I cannot Hp wash still. Why is this if it only cost 12 mp to hp wash?

    Note:
    With an AP-reset, I am putting 1 point into Hp and subtracting 1 point from mp (-12mp per AP-reset).
