Windows 8/8.1/10 Mini Yeti/Micro Yeti Pet Equip

I bought a mini yeti the other day for my first pet to get me started with looting in the game, and as I got enough NX i worked my way through the different upgrades. This morning I bought what I thought was the pet equip needed for him to use the upgrade scrolls on that drop in game. When I tried to equip it it says he is unable to wear it. So I figure, ok I messed up and bought the wrong equip for him, there must be another pet in the shop that it actually works on, and the proper equip for my pet. Yet there is no Microyeti to be seen, only different colored MiniYetis.

What am I missing here? I'm assuming there is no refunds for stuff like that which is fine I guess since it wasn't actual money spent. Just looking for answers

 

Oh well thats dumb. Doesn't say anything like that on there. There isn't an actual yeti equip for the one that I bought that I've found either
