Modify overlay colors for the new Summer event Guile Hair

I don't think this is necessarily a bug(?) so I'm making a post here as it bothers me enough to obsess over it for the last hour that I have had this hair for. I changed my characters hairstyle to the new event hair offered at the moment, the Guile Hair [46560]. After changing to a new hair color, I noticed specifically that the blue variation is semi transparent? Even when previewing the blue hair color compared to other colors, you can see the outline of the characters head through the hair ONLY on the blue option. This is probably something that isn't quite noticeable until pointed out but nonetheless I hope this gets fixed or edited somehow? None of the other colors interest me so *shrugs*.
