Macintosh Monterey 12.3 Crossover crash

    Hi all i would really appreciate the help as I have been fiddling with this for hours to no solutions. I just updated to Monterey 12.3 this morning and I couldnt launch crossover, it automatically crashes with something in reference to Python file not being found?? etc, I tried several different versions of Crossover without any success, I could not rollback using Time Machine as i did not have any saved. Is there anything you can do to help me out? thank you!
