MPQ - Slightly Increase Droprate of Card Keys in Stage 4

    I'm aware that one of the GMs in the Anniversary/Summer Event 2022 Balance Changes noted PQ changes in the future but wanted to get this out there anyways:

    Players in MPQ have noted slight frustration in the droprate of Card Keys in Stage 4 to open the doors. I agree with them and think the droprate should be increased slightly so that the time spent in this stage isn't spent mainly on hitting sponge mobs for several minutes but instead on team effort of turning in the Letter & completing the Left/Right rooms.
