Resolved (Windows) msvcp140.dll missing

    I downloaded and reinstalled the game from website post patch and when I try to boot the game I get the error 'cannot find msvcp140.dll. please reinstall this application', I tried and of course, that didn't work. I checked my system32 folder and it IS there, I also redownloaded one and replaced it, didn't work. Does anyone know how to get past this because I cannot play like this...
