Low Multiple website lib issues

Lib data issue #1: The OPQ reward Goddess Wristband [1082232] hasn't been updated with its new stats.

Lib data issue #2: The LPQ reward Broken Glasses [1022073] cannot be searched for by name nor ID, but it exists if you manually type the ID into the URL. The item shown via the URL has the correct image, but the level is wrong and it has no stats.

Lib data issue #3: The newly fixed names of Neo Tokyo mobs and their related items have not been renamed in the library yet.

• Protoroad -> Prototype Lord
• Eruwater -> Iruvata
• Vergamot -> Bergamot
• Nibergen -> Nibelung
• Auf Haven -> Aufheben

Lib functionality issue #1: You cannot use apostrophes in your search text.

• Behavior 1: Searching for [Lord Pirate's Hat] (without brackets) gives 0 results.
• Behavior 2: Searching for [pirate's] gives 2 maps that contain the word [pirates], as if the apostrophe wasn't there. The apostrophe was translated to %27 in the URL, but it is completely removed from the non-global search box.

Lib functionality issue #2: Weapons that are not class-specific are not shown when filtering for the class that mainly uses it. This might be as intended, but if so then there should be an additional option to filter by weapon type instead of class type.

• Example 1: Kebob - lvl 75 dagger, usable by all classes, isn't shown while searching with the Thief filter.
• Example 2: Wooden Wand - lvl 8 wand, usable by all classes, isn't shown as a magician weapon.
• Example 3: Metal Wand - lvl 18 wand, usable by all classes, isn't shown as a magician weapon.
• Example 4: Umbrellas - most have magic attack, usable by all classes, aren't shown as magician weapons

Lib functionality issue #3: Using the browser back button can mess up your search filters and page. Honestly I don't really understand what is going on when it starts doing this... so I'll post a video below. You can see in the video that the URL will change every time I click the back button, but the page doesn't always change with it. Eventually it tries to switch to page -16 even though I clicked page 3.
