You sit in the top left corner of the map until the boss is killed, and once the drops have been sorted we call you down.
The INT/LUK helm is completely random, but you can't loot another INT one if you already have one. Likewise, if you have a LUK helm, you can only loot INT ones.
Yes, you do have to pay for the reloot.

No, we only take direct meso transactions. There is no possible way for us to 50/50 split the items of value in trade of currency value. It doesn't make sense to us attackers.
If there's 6 attackers and we get paid 30m+BWG, we don't just sell the BWG later for you. That's your job.

Targa drops LUK and INT helms. Neither are guaranteed to drop every run. You can hold one of each. If you loot one helm, you are required to pay an additional reloot fee.

It randomly drops X number of helms. Each helm is either an INT or LUK helm. You can't tell until you pick it up. All helms have stats 15-17, except for the attribute stat being maxed out at 19.
Meaning I can loot a 17 All INT helm, or a 15 all INT helm. Or a 15/15/15/19 LUK helm. The only difference between LUK/INT helms is the maximum stat it can contribute.
Targa ONLY drops LUK/INT helms. Scarlion ONLY drops DEX/STR helms.
