new cosmetic option in town(s) and at character creation (if possible)

please give us the option to change our character ears in town from cosmetic NPCs.
(most likely by meso fee)
if possible, add that option to character creation as well.

Flora Ears
High Flora Ears
Mercedes Ears
Default Ears (for when you want to change it back to default)
and other ears if I missed any.
