Windows XP/Vista/7 New Patch not working

    upload_2024-8-12_20-38-45.png Here is a picture of what my pc is doing. i just started playing again on the 10th i downloaded no problem and was able to log in/play. Ever since the patch it will not download. i tried each mirror of the new patch for windows.
