Closed Nibergen cleared, but prequest still required

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
My character munjoon1 has already cleared the Nibergen boss but now my quest line requires me to do the pre-quest again.

What is supposed to happen?:The quest line should be for Nameless magic monster by now.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:This bug happened after a server glitch that wiped all the quests a while back. GM (I think Kimmy) restored most of the quests but I think this was missed out.
