Without dispels, 200 stars lasts 3 min. You can extrapolate from there depending on what stars you’re using and how high they stack.

For BM just grieve everyone, use sneaky soul arrow and say nothing. Easy

In zak with my current group i use 2sets. (1set per 10minutes of fight)
In 1.25hours HT i use 8 per runs if MH dispel around 55-60% hp mark (left head is around 10-20% left)and arm dp doesnt trigger early (before last 2 heads summon dark wyverns)

1set = 1000 stars
