Low Nx not visable(lotus rage cap)

Description of the bug: my lotus rage cape effect disappears
What is supposed to happen?: its supposed to well, be visible.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: i tried it on many different maps. Same results
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): use oak barrel skill while wearing nx (specifically the lotus rage) and go to another map as normal. When you appear on the next map the cape is still equiped but effect is gone.
Extra information (optional): you can reinstate the effect if you re equip the nx
