Omok Tournament

HELLO!! IT'S ME
The last Omok tournament that I organized was really funny in my opinion and I hope that every player who took a part in the tourney enjoyed playing Omok.
So here I am with another one! But this time players wont compete to be the best Omok player on server, they will get a chance, only the winner ofc, to challenge the current #1 Omok player on the server who is itzjaacky !Once again CONGRATZZ
The tournament is gonna start once we get enough players and I will decide if it's gonna be like the last one (single elimination), point based or with groups and play-offs depending on the amount of players participating. Last time I put a reward of 20m for the winner, this time im gonna reward the 2nd and the 3rd classificated player as well, but I need u guys's help too or im gonna be broke . In collaboration with Slime he suggested to open a prize pool and who wants can donate, every single form of mesos will be appreciated.

- Every match is best of 3, semifinals, final and thegame for the 3rd place are best of 5
- Do not be offensive to ur opponent if u lose ur game.
- Glitch abuse are not allowed.

will confirm the results with ur opponent.

OMOK GAME RULES:
The game rules are those predefinited from Legends, which are:
- No double threes. (3x3)

Those of you who come from GMS/EMS are used to a different form of the double three rule. So for those who are, and those who aren't 100% familiar with Omok rules, here's an explanation of double 3 rules in MapleLegends.

You cannot place a piece that creates 2 threes at the same time -
This rule only applies to 3's. 4's are allowed. Also unlike in GMS, threes that are blocked from 1 side still count. Allthough, 3's with a gap in them don't count. Still confused? Hopefully this image can help you.

- Cant block a five if it makes double threes.
- Cant win with 6 pieces in a row.

INFORMATION:
We have a total of 40 players participating. So we decided to make it with groups, every group has 5 players and they have to play each other(total of 8 groups). 1 win = 1 point and the first two players of every group will pass to the single elimination stage. In case of same point of 2nd and 3rd player in the group stage they will rematch to decide whos gonna procede to the next stage. In case of 3 players having same points, every player has to play their match again keeping their old points. Once we proceed to the single elimination stage, the 1st placed player in the groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be in the gaps 1, 3, 5, 7 of the left side plus the 2nd placed players of the groups 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be in the gaps 2, 4, 6 and 8 of the left side aswell. Same thing for the gaps on the right side just invert the groups

POINTS EXPLAINATION:
There are 2 cases, which are 2-0 and 2-1.
If you win 2:0, there is no point playing third match, you get 2 points and your opponent gets 0.
If you win 2:1 (win-lose-win / lose-win-win) you get 2 points and your opponent gets 1 point.
