    Introduction:
First of all, I would like to thank the two players rogerhubrogerhub @FPLegend for their help and guidance in the game. Without your help, I would not have the idea of recording and sharing.

We know that this stage requires guessing the correct arrangement of 5 switches. It usually takes 5 players to make random hit to find the correct alignment, but random means uncertainty and bad luck often wastes a lot of time.

Of course there are some clever folks out there who think of using binary, but this approach requires maintaining a high level of concentration and a very large number of positions need to be changed when entering bits, making it practically difficult to apply.

This is an exploration of saving time in the onthewayup stage by gray code method.

    What is gray code?
    Gary code VS Binary
About the efficiency comparison of Gray code and random method. Single solo can refer to the link content
We need two players and number the switches 12345 from left to right. Based on the gray code, the difficulty is further reduced by splitting the switches into 2+3 forms. For a more obvious display, we arrange the 32 groups in 8 groups, and each strike group has 4 hits.
    • The operation of player 1 is very simple, keep the hit rhythm of 1~2~1 and wait for player 2 to hit the 4th time!
    • Player 2 hit multiples of 4 in the order of 3~4~3, 5, 3~4~3

    Steps:
    1. The team leader needs to click on the NPC at the beginning, you will have a 1/32 probability to complete this stage directly.
    2. When the team members reach the top, the team leader gives the CLICKING signal and keeps pressing the NPC chat button.
    3. Player 1 keep the hit rhythm of 1~2~1 and wait for player 2 to hit the 4th time.
    4. Player 2 hit multiples of 4 in the order of 3~4~3, 5, 3~4~3
    5. You can refer to the order in the chart below

    An additional reminder from snailshed:
Wishing you all a wonderful OPQ journey!

Sounds great, but trying to get 4 randos to listen and work together to do this? Yeah, not happening, unless all five of you happen to already be part of a static levelling alts.

Great question. Indeed, coordinating with strangers is difficult. That was the starting point of this post, which allows everyone to build a consensus after reading it for better co-operation. In fact, as long as two people master this method, the others can afk.
