P/C P/C on duck tube and beginner wand

So, i found a Duck tube, these are the stats:

weapon attack: 70
speed: 5
avoidability: 2
clean
Is it worth anything?

Next i have a beginner lvl 8 wand, which i've scrolled 7/7 these are the stats:

magic attack: 37
int: 7

How much would i expect to get for it?
