Low Paladin element charge icon bug

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Paladin element charge icons at the top right corner of the screen do not overwrite each other correctly. This results in the element charge icons to appear at the same time. It does not show more than two icons at once.
Fire + Holy Charge icons

What is supposed to happen?: Only one element charge icon is supposed to appear at a time since only one charge can be used at a time.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Any time I use a new different charge before the previous charge has expired.
