Unfixable (Pet Item) Auto HP Potion Pouch Failure

If this has been mentioned before, I apologise, I briefly took a look to see if it had been - but didn't see anything.

Myself and others have noticed problems with the Auto HP Potion Pouch. The item is supposed to automatically use a potion when the player's hp is below the player's previously selected threshold, allowing the player to focus on casting/damage/tactics and usually, prevent death.

However, it seems it has a tendency to bug out - going below the threshold and staying there/not using a potion occasionally, which of cause ends up in the player's death if they are not in time with using a potion quickly or did not notice.

This does not seem to happen for the auto mp potion pouch, only the hp one, strangely enough. The frequency of the bug also seems to vary widely.

Thankfully the frequency of the bug for me is only about 3-4x every 2 hours if I am grinding monsters, but yesterday a fellow guild member with the same pet item experienced it bugging out to the point where it was unusable, and he had to just use potions manually anyway.
