Low Piercing Arrow Crit Rate Visuals

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): While casting Piercing Arrows, Critical Lines and None Critical lines visuals display differently from players and other players. Attached screenshot shows left side view which is the caster POV shows a none critical lines while the non caster on the right side screenshot shows all lines are crit lines.

    What is supposed to happen?: Should be displaying the correct critical and non critical lines on the none caster POV.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: We were testing out our piercing arrow damage where we noticed the visual bug. Just have two characters in the same map on different clients and its easily noticeable when caster is casting the skill and the other player watches from a different client.

    This is not a Piercing Arrow exclusive thing. Watch some people attack at bossing, and you’ll see almost exclusively red lines from other characters and wonder if they’re extremely lucky, but on their client, the damage lines will appear normal.
