Low Player becomes naked while swinging with Froggy Raincoat

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): when you use regular attack with the froggy raincoat on, your OA disappears and you are butt naked whenever you character does the swinging animation
What is supposed to happen?: clothes should stay on
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: everywhere using normal attack
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): wear froggy raincoat, use normal attack
Extra information (optional): bug also appears when wearing no equips except for the froggy raincoat
