Low Players stuck inside Smoke Screen

Description of the bug: First of all, it only happened a total of 4 times from all the times i used smoke screen (quite a lot at this point in life), but those times, after using the skill, some ppl in my party gets stuck without being able to move or attack until the smoke ends. One of those times someone was not able to be ressed.

What is supposed to happen?: You are supposed to move freely and attack with no restriction
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I found it during boss runs when i used this skill

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): As i said is rare, and idk how to reproduce it, but i felt like mentioning it here just in case.

Extra information (optional): In the GIF below you can see my friend complaining about being stuck, luckily i was free to move this time.
