Windows 8/8.1/10 Please help..."ID has been blocked or deleted.."

today, i buy my new computer, and i tried to login my account in maple..But i saw message "ID has been blocked or deleted"..
can you explain the reason?
I Did not any thing related to hack program.. I wish to resolve the problem on today

For information
My old labtop had some trouble with maple login(may be computer was troublesome) so i purchase the new computer for maple.
Yesterday, I tried to logon(many times)the maple used old computer for resolve logon error. But there is no solution, i buy the laptop on today. And then the massage(blocked..) is appear.

i think the security program is ban my account(maybe the reason was may login..?) that is not right. So if GM read my post please help me.
