Macintosh PLEASE HELP mac OS Crossover crash

Hi please can anyone help me with this issue? I updated to Monterey 12.3 and it will never work and i went through a lot of hassle and several hours to finally downgrade back to Monterey 12.2 which was supposed to work with Crossover, yet i downloaded crossover 21, 20.4, 20.2 and all of them did NOT work showing error message below:
