Medium Pressing up in specific area of Tent of the Entertainers in The Burning Sands disables all Skills

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
When pressing "Up" as if to use a portal on this specific area of Tent of the Entertainers map (see screenshot), a small teleporting jingle SFX plays and all skills are disabled until the player either uses a regular "Attack" (CTRL by default), leaves the area, or changes channels.
What is supposed to happen?:
I believe this is supposed to be a hidden portal to teleport the player to another area of the map.

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):

1. Navigate to The Burning Sands - Tent of the Entertainers.
2. Walk to the area circled in this screenshot (furthest right pool of water).
   1. 
3. Press the up arrow on the keyboard.
4. Listen for teleport SFX - this is when the bug triggers.
5. Skills are no longer usable.

Extra information (optional):
To work around this bug, simply press the regular Attack key, change channels, or leave the area and come back.
