Prevent normal (or shorter) buffs from overwriting GM (or longer) buffs.

    Pretty big annoyance: when some party members have GM HS, a priest's HS will override it. This is annoying because normal HS has a 120 second duration but GM HS has a 30 minute one. This is especially annoying when not everyone in the party has the GM buff; creating situations where the GM-buff-less party members need to be HS'd away from the GM buffed members.

    I'm not sure if the other GM buffs are affected the same way.
