High Quest Forfeit Bug: Just Another Day at Work

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):

    Just Another Day at Work quest does not forfeit properly.

    What is supposed to happen?: Quest is forfeit, and becomes available again as if never attempted.

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: See bellow

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Sequence of events as follows:
    -Quest started by talking to Manager Karl.
    -Received quest item.
    -Progressed to Roly-Poly 1 and received 2nd quest item.
    -Quest items were discarded.
    -Quest was forfeit.
    -Bug: quest is stuck In Progress
    -Unable to restart quest

    Extra information (optional): If I'm screwed for good, I would like to know sooner rather than later, as this is something I wouldn't hesitate deleting character and restarting for.
