Low Quest impossible to complete

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): It is possible to get hard stuck on the quest 'The View of the Ocean'
    What is supposed to happen?: Quest to reobtain the Album should be repeatable so you can't get stuck like this
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Going through the quest line
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Complete the quest line up to the point where you get the Crystal from Alcaster, then turn it in to Muse for Album #1, after tossing that you get another quest to reobtain the album for 10k mesos ( Album #2 ), after tossing Abum#2 however, you do not get the same quest again to reobtain the Album, making you effectively unable to finish the quest
    Extra information (optional): Forfeiting the quest doesn't help as it skips you to the step to turn in the Album that you do not have
