Not a Bug Quest 'Secure a piece of hope' not dropping etc

    Description of the bug: Protoroad not dropping the quest item 'Twisted Radar'
    What is supposed to happen?: Supposed to drop the quest item easily
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Last few days when i was trying to complete the quest. Spent a few days, each day at least 30mins-1hour farming the quest item from Protoroad, but it did not drop at all. Instead there were way too many monster cards that dropped. Could there be a bug where the quest item does not drop? I have done this quest before on my BM and it didnt take me this long for sure.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):

    You'll get it eventually. I've done this quest last week IIRC. It's not a common/easy drop.
