    Since Holy Charge now does 185% damage and Ice Charge only does 125% damage, would it benefit more to use Ice on an ice weak monster or would using Holy Charge do more damage? Additionally what is the damage multiplier for an element weak monster?

    Elemental weakness gives a 50% extra damage (multiplicative), so an ice weak monster would take 187.5% (125% * 1.5) with ice charge, so ice charge would be better than holy charge here.

    What would be the damage multiplier for an element strong monster then? Would it benefit more to not use a Charge on element strong monsters?

    If you used ice charge on a ice strong monster, you’d just do half your damage so 62.5% (125% * 0.5).
