Windows 8/8.1/10 Random crashes - sound_dx8?

    Hi everyone,

    My game has started to crash randomly after a few minutes of gameplay. Usually happens when I change maps / channels, and but entering the map works fine again after restarting the client.

    Also randomly crashed while I was doing LPQ. Keen to get some help with this issue! Seems to potentially be a problem with SOUND_DX8.dll. On crash, the client screen goes black and is 'Not responding' in Task manager. It never crashes to an error displayed in a messagebox unfortunately. Crash logs are below.
