I can finally make this thread. Long Jump was mistakenly removed from the snowman pq (not a typo). It actually made the fight better for all involved.

Long Jump fixes some players annoyances in the fight such as janky platforms getting to the top (that are unchanged since last year), enables skilled gameplay to dodge attacks in b2/3 as well as some strange snowball patterns up top. Additonally, a faster time to get back up to the top to heal critical health allies means a lower need to "afk top heal" for newer squads that already take way too much damage for their own good.

We've had the snowman up for a few days and even with the experienced degen squads getting right back to business, we have not seen dramatically shorter clear times. On the average, clears are actually longer now for most due to highly valuing dumping a character up top to heal.

The only thing unfair about Long Jump in Snowman PQ is that it was not given to all players, and simply removing it will be a mistake. If it's deemed too easy with it enabled, addressing it some other way will feel better for all involved.
