Low Recovering VIP Ticket to Florina Beach Quest

    Description of the bug: I had dropped the ripper travel ticket 1 & 2 by mistake. Now I cannot redo the quest to get these ripped tickets.

    What is supposed to happen?: I should be able to redo the quest from Kevin the soldier to get the ripped tickets.

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: When I was doing the quest called "Recovering VIP Ticket to Florina Beach Quest"
